High Performance Coating
For over 30 years, Ammeraal Beltech has been coating all types of rollable fabrics of up to 2,400 mm width, such as polyester, polyamide, glass, cotton or aramide fabrics by an air-knife or roll-knife coating process.
The standard coatings consist of silicones and polyurethane on the solvent or aqueous (solvent-free) base, with an anti-static or flame-retardant bonding layer, for example.
Depending on technical requirements, Ammeraal Beltech also offers its own formulations produced by the in-house compounding plants or developed together with reputable international raw material producers.

High Performance Lamination
With its double belt presses and lamination systems, Ammeraal Beltech Switzerland is one of the largest European facilities producing simple or complex composites.
Applying up to 30 bar pressing power at fully continuous plants, Ammeraal Beltech is not only linking complex material combinations or exotic composites, but is also a development partner for modern, innovative or complex compositions of PU, TPE, rubber, fabrics, non-wovens, paper, steel and aluminium.
Depending on technical requirements, Ammeraal Beltech also offers its own formulations and foils produced by the in-house compounding plants or extruders.
Together with reputable international raw material producers, out F&E team develops new products and liaises closely with technical universities in projects focused on customer-specific solutions.
